These terms cover using this site and ordering parts from Cut Bend Weld Go. By opening an account or placing an order you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].

What we do

You upload a model, and the engine prices it and draws it, free. If you order, we cut, bend and weld the parts in our shop in the USA and ship them to you. We are a shop only: we make and ship parts, and we do not install.

Your account

Give us true details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Prices and orders

• The price shown is for the part as modeled, in the material, finish and quantity you picked. If you change any of those, the price changes.
• Shipping is paid by you and is added to the order. Sales tax is added where it applies.
• Small jobs ship in about 7 to 10 days. Large weldments run about 2 to 3 weeks. These are estimates, not promises.
• Jobs over $10,000 get the full drawing set and a conversation with the shop before any money moves.
• Every order is checked by the shop after it is placed. If we cannot make it as drawn and priced, we will tell you, and you can change it or cancel for a full refund.

Drawings

The drawings are free and are yours to review. You approve them before we build, and the approved drawing is what we build to.

Your design

You own your design, and you confirm you have the right to have it made. You are responsible for what the part is used for, including strength, fit, and any code or engineering approval. We build to your model and your approved drawing.

Tolerances

Parts are made to standard shop tolerances unless the approved drawing calls for tighter ones and we have accepted them.

If something is wrong

If a part does not match the approved drawing, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will remake it or refund it.

Payment and cancelling

Payment is by card on Stripe's secure checkout page when you order. Your card is held, not charged, until the shop's review closes or the shop confirms the job. Jobs up to $2,500 are paid in full. Larger jobs are 50 percent down, with the balance due before shipping. Jobs over $10,000 run on terms and a schedule agreed with the shop. You can cancel for a full refund before material is ordered or cut. After that, cancelling costs the material and work already done.

Limits

Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not responsible for lost profits or other indirect costs.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. The terms in place when you placed an order apply to that order.
