- Can I get an instant price on a welded assembly?
- Yes. Upload a STEP of the whole assembly. The engine finds every part and every weld joint and prices the finished weldment, not just the flat parts. Welded orders are confirmed by the shop before they go to the floor.
- What files does it take?
- STEP files (.step or .stp), up to 95 MB each. One file per assembly, or several files in one project.
- What do the free drawings include?
- A cover sheet with every piece marked, plan and elevations, a kit of parts, a sheet for each formed piece with its flat blank and bend table, and a weld map. You sign the customer sheets before anything is built.
- What materials and sizes?
- Carbon steel, stainless and aluminum. Plate up to 1 inch thick, from sheets up to 5 by 10 feet. Square and rectangular tube, bent tube and formed sheet.
- How fast?
- Small work ships in 7 to 10 days. Large weldments run 2 to 3 weeks after you sign the drawings.
- Do I have to talk to anyone?
- Not for plain sheet and plate parts under $2,500: upload, check the drawings, push go. Welded, tube and rolled work gets a confirmation from the shop within one business day. Jobs over $10,000 get a call before any money moves.
- How do I pay?
- By card, on Stripe's secure checkout page when you order. Jobs up to $2,500 are paid in full. Larger jobs are 50 percent down, with the balance before it ships. Your card is held, not charged, until the shop's review closes.
- Do I get the STEP file?
- Yes, with your order. Conjure, the 3D model and the price are free to try. When you order, the production STEP file and the full drawing set are yours.
- Is shipping included?
- Yes on boxed parts: ground shipping is free, and faster shipping costs the difference. Big welded work that ships by truck gets one delivered price for your ZIP, shown before you pay. Pick it up at the shop and you get a credit. Orders under $50 in parts add $15.
- Where is it made?
- In our own shop in the USA.
